All three pieces exhibited in the Physical Nostalgia show have sold! Please go check out the show for your last opportunity to see them in person if not for my art then for the other artists who all did great work worth your attention. If you see Marz Richards ask him about his bands (Renfield) single “rorschach” that was released only at the opening, maybe there is a way for you to get this cd yet! Closing reception is Saturday March 21, 7 - 10 pm. I will try and be there but may have to work. If you want to meet me there please send me an email. We’ll make something happen. Kiyoshi to “teach” a comic making class! Whaaaaaa??? “Am I dreaming?” you ask. “Is that legal?”. No and Yes are the answers respectively (Whaaa?). I am teaching a four week course on comic book making. all the basics will be covered and at the end of the fourth class you should have a yourself a nice little comic to show your grandma, she needs to cover her fridge with more of your stuff right? This will be a hands on and informative course for all levels and ages (under 18 needs parental consent and supervision). Want to learn the tricks of the trade? The basics of comic creation A through Z? Create a portfolio to show comic publishers? This class is for you. If you were ever even curious about making comics or telling your own story with words and pictures for your own amusement but just didn’t know where to begin, this course is for you. Classes will be four sundays in a row beginning March 22 through April 12. Sign up now.

Remember, you don’t need a billion dollar bailout to make something totally rad. Make a zine, start a band with your friends, paint a picture, start a scrap book, make your own clothes, write a article about anything you like, organize a art show or learn to cook your favorite dish that your mom used to make you when you were a kid.
